FEUGA becomes a new member of DIHGIGAL

The Fundación Empresa-Universidad Gallega (FEUGA) becomes a member of the Hub and automatically becomes part of the Technology Offer Commission of the Galician Industrial Digital Innovation Hub.

FEUGA is a non-profit organisation founded in 1982, specialising in the transfer of knowledge, innovation and technology from the Galician university system, and also connecting Vocational Training, the business world and society in general. This foundation is a benchmark in the management of business-university relations, as well as in the promotion and execution of collaborative R&D&I projects and in the implementation, improvement, management or certification of business innovation.

Its mission is to boost the technological, social and economic development of Galicia by bringing the competence, skills, experience and knowledge of the university ecosystem closer to the business world and the business society, thanks to its general training offer and the training designed for companies. In this way, FEUGA is an entity that favours dynamism in the Galician productive fabric.

It also fulfils a research mission, as it has the necessary resources to offer its researchers the hand of the three Galician Universities, companies, startups, entrepreneurs and different public and private actors that dedicate their activity to the field of innovation and technological development, giving value to R&D&I as an important factor to improve productivity, competitiveness, growth and the economic benefit of society.

Among its facilities located in Santiago de Compostela, FEUGA offers its rooms as a centre to physically connect the company and the university to hold meetings, congresses, workshops or training sessions. In addition, its headquarters also houses the Centre for Business Experimentation and Development (CEDE), an incubator ready to receive entrepreneurs who want to start up their company based on research activity or knowledge acquired in universities and other scientific-technological centres.
